GBOG trip to Blandford Forum, Friday 18th September 2015

Sian, Hannah and Cher took a trip to Blandford Forum as rumour has it that you’re almost guaranteed to see a wild otter here. Alas it was not to be, and as you can see the water levels were really high which may have been a contributing factor. We did, however, get a wonderful view of a Kingfisher which repeatedly showed itself off to us, and as the sun set the unmistakeable sound of a male Tawny Owl carried across the water. Sadly there were no otters at the end of the rainbow...
