GBOG trip to the New Forest Wildlife Park, Saturday 19th September 2015

Following the disappointment at not having spotted any wild otters at Blandford Forum, we treated ourselves to an otter experience at the New Forest Wildlife Park. We were met by Shanna, Senior Keeper who introduced us to all four species of their otters, arranged for us to feed the Giant Otters (watch those teeth), and we also got to meet Topaz, a hand-reared Eurasian otter. Words can’t quite express how wonderful an experience this was. Hannah even received a kiss on the nose from her!
